Really great service from the receptionist, friendly and really helpful with my questions and managed to get me an appointment really quickly. The GP who I had an appointment with was really kind and made sure to take the time to inform me of everything that I asked of and I could tell that they really cared.

Absolutely amazing surgery…. Friendly receptionists, fantastic doctors and nurses all of them are brilliant but Dr Clarson is so kind caring and genuinely cares and gives the best treatment… never feel rushed. They are also spot on with any developments sending texts when action is needed eg flu jabs, blood results etc… best surgery in the area

Friendly receptionists, very understanding and always get an appointment within an appropriate time. Always lovely HCPs. I've seen a lovely nurse a few times and yesterday saw Dr Laura who was very helpful, understanding and let me feel unwell without any judgement. Very happy to be registered here.

Everything was easy, clear, and friendly. Even when I didn't know what I was doing, I was never made to feel like an idiot. I've never felt even a hint of transphobia from anyone at the practice. Best GP I've ever had :)

If you marked which person is your hemotologist for booking appointments via the NHS app, that would make things even easier.
